This is your invitation to revisit that story with compassion and choose a new way forward.
Rewrite Your Story is a private, one-on-one coaching experience where we gently explore a story from your past and reshape the meaning it holds today.
We’ll get curious about how that story formed, how it’s affecting you now, and how to reframe it in a way that feels supportive, honest, and healing.
What’s included:
- A 30-minute private Zoom session
We’ll talk through the story you want to rewrite and uncover the beliefs and emotions attached to it. I’ll guide you through a process that brings clarity and compassion to what happened, so you can begin to shift how you view it.
- A written version of your new story
Within two business days of our session, I’ll send you a personalized, rewritten version of your story. This is something you can return to whenever you need to feel grounded or encouraged.
- A 15-minute follow-up session
One week later, we’ll reconnect for a 15-minute follow-up to celebrate your shifts, reflect on the impact, and plan your next steps.
You’ll walk away with:

✅A rewritten, empowering story to anchor you in calm and confidence
✅Reflection questions to keep deepening the change in your everyday life

- One 15-minute follow-up session a week later
